These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the BD Rumana platform and all its services. References to "BD Rumana", "we", or "us" refer to the operator of bdrumana.ws. "Member" or "you" refers to anyone who has registered on or is using this platform.

Deposit Rules:

Withdrawal Rules:
